Yoga is amazing for the Mind, Body, and Breath connection, but it is not enough to maintain our optimum Health Span for life. We need to offer more options to our students to help them improve bone density and muscle strength and tone. This workshop will teach you how to add impact exercises and resistance training into your Yoga classes! We will focus on stability and body awareness of the shoulder girdle for safe upper body strengthening, increased ROM and strength at the hip improving Glute strength and deep activation for improved posture.  Your students will learn to move with control and ease so they can practise yoga for a lifetime!

This online 12 hour intensive workshop is intended for those that have completed the FitFlow YogaFitness yoga module or yoga students wanting to deepen their personal yoga practice.
 

If you want to learn more about Yoga philosophy, and acquire new teaching tools so you continue to grow as a yoga teacher, as well as deepen your personal yoga practice, this  workshop is for you.The curriculum covers over 20 new asanas, including basic arm balances and standing balance poses, yoga philosophy, Vinyasa and Hatha class design & sequencing, tools to help assist your students, Pranayama & Meditation.

FitFlow YogaFitness Yoga for kids is gaining popularity and there is an opportunity to start your own class in many community centres, fitness clubs and schools! This 3-hour workshop will teach you how to add some fun and a lot of play into a yoga class. You will learn some new names and fun modifications for traditional poses.
